Great breakfast except for the coffee for the start of the day. Helpful personnel, brand-new rooms with a big tub, the whirlpool. Peaceful location, a short walk to everywhere.

Really good overall experience. Beautiful small hotel with an in-house restaurant and very helpful staff. Good breakfast except for the coffee, magnificent location. Easy to reach from Reno-Tahoe International airport, 30 minutes drive. Its excellent service. Clean pool.

The location is convenient and easy, at a short distance from South Meadows Parkway. Btw, it's set in the secure area.

The hotel with neat rooms, in an industrial area, near shopping and restaurants. The rooms with a fridge, a king bed jacuzzi tub, the whirlpool relax. Particularly good and easy location not very far from South Meadows Parkway.

The rooms were pet-friendly and bright with a good bed kept by the attentive staff. I liked the great breakfast except for the coffee, offered by the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that had comfortable beds. The location was also ideal, situated on the 31st floor with a stunning view in front of the mantelpiece. Additionally, the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options like sausage and scrambled eggs. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies available in the lobby.

I liked the room it was very nice and comfortable...

I didnt like that I had booked the room on Booked.net and prepaid for it.. it was $94.17 !!.. The day I checked out.. I see on my online banking that I was charged.. 106.00 for the room and a 20.00 charge also was charged to my bank by the hilton .. I will not be booking with the Hilton again... and I will let my family and friends know as well.. that prepaid for doesnt mean its prepaid!!!

Reception staff great, rooms very comfortable.

Restaurant staff awful. Kept waiting on meal of the night and eventually had to leave at breakfast as waited over 30 minutes and still hadnt been served my order, even though peoplwe who got there later than me were server. Very shoddy service.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, and spacious bathrooms with bathtubs. Convenient outdoor access for pets with designated potty areas. Complimentary espresso machine in the lobby adds a nice touch. Zero fears of germs thanks to thorough sanitization measures.

Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a great view. Staff were best. The service was great, the food was outstanding! The hotel offered cookies in the lobby.

Secure area, easy location, near to many local restaurants and shopping, the mountains and the Starbucks across the street. Nice building and rooms with a good bed.

Not very friendly staff!

I had a perfect stay with a breakfast included and liked the location, it was easy near a could decent casinos which was a plus. The breakfast was good except for the coffee. In general the service was courteous. Location: the hotel was near several convenient restaurants and shopping and shopping plazas that had many different restaurants and the shopping center.
